I myself do contest prep. I have been at it for over 4 years, and have helped 8 people, I have had clients win placing 1st weight classes/divisions. 3 of my biggest success stories would have to be one client lost over 40LBS in 9 months seeing their the first time 17 years (never did do a show) and another client has won overall at their first provincial show, and recently A female client won overall figures in her first show. I do offer personal one on one consultations If clients live within 80 miles, also I offer email and messanger contact support for Q&A .

I'm a registered nurse, as well. So I believe in doing things as healthy as possible.. and I always prep myself... and always am equal to or the most conditioned ahtlete in every show I do. I have competed in 11 shows so far, so I am pretty experienced.
I know all the tricks of posing, best color, etc.
I personally gain at least 5, but usually closer to 7 lbs of muscle every year consistently, so I have a proven track record on how to grow.
If you want to put on muscle while you diet into the best conditioned shape of your life. That's what I do.
My diets consist of higher carbs (than most), mod fat, high protein
I believe in incorporating cardio
Final prep I don't believe in water loading
I don't believe in cheat days or reload days.. The odd clean cheat meal however is acceptable.
