    Hey ritch. Keto is real extreme huh? Lol its no more extreme than any other diet but the results are extreme.
    I lost 20 pounds...How? I drank bear piss and took up fencing. How the **** you think, son? I exercised.

    Cant believe i've missed this thread. Amazing job, very inspiring to say the least.

    I guess we`ll never agree on this. But yes it`s extreme. It`s crazy to me. When I did it, I couldn`t even bench a plate on the incline for 10 reps. So of course I`ll never accept it as an effective method for me. The results were good, but could be achieved simply cutting carbs for the last 3 meals in my opinion. But again, good job to both of you. Now if you`d only share the diet and drug info like a good couple of fella`s...
    If consumer magazine claims to know what consumers want, how come they`re still a magazine?

    Diet has been posted in the past week by me. Drugs? Meh. Why does everyone think drugs are the key? The fact you brought it up makes me believe that you feel it is key.

    I'm sorry you couldn't bench a plate for 10 reps when you did it. How much were you normally benching. Perhaps *some* people like yourself could achieve similar results in 45 days by simply not eating carbs in the past 3 meals but the majority of people are not you. You are a self admitted ecto which means losing weight/fat is a non-issue for you. An anomaly for the majority of society.

    Given the fact I`ve done very little steroids it would be a mistake to say I think drugs are the key... I always like to get feedback on what people did to look the way they do. And rarely can you get such honest info and is why I value it so much.

    I was doing 2 plates a side for 8-10 reps before the keto.

    I also hope my post isn`t seen as anything negative... Gotta go, working soon...
