    Default Accidental chicken breast

this was an accident that turned out pretty good, so I'm adding it.

I was cooking chicken breast, just plane old chicken breast in a pan, and I throw on Curry powder, garlic salt, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg and (here comes the Accidental part) SPLENDA... well... it was flipping DELISH.. mmmm seriously,

I have since tried the Accidental chicken again, with a little LESS splenda (the Accident was spilling the box in the pan) just a sprinkle of it makes it taste a little spicey sweet.

lemon juice and garlic cloves is pretty good for a switch up to just plain chicken too!

I even sometimes throw a bunch of chicken in a roaster (breasts) and add some water and a tea bag.. like a nice lavoured tea.. then you get some added flavour but don't have to pick spicey leaves out of yout teeth

I get Splenda from Costco. By far the cheapest I have found.
