    I have contacted him. I guess he does classes later on in the year? What about routines?

    Legs are ahead of schedule this year i think..and with all the low intensity cardio to come..I'm hoping they will get shredded......"Fingers Crossed"

    Resistance is the key BTUFTS !!!! Long holds with a good healthy weight on that calve raise machine. But mine prolly grew alot carrying around upwards of 300 lbs for a few years...lol

    lol i was going to say something like that but i thought it might sound like a fat remark and i do, and i work the front of them aswell, develop the muscle on my shins. makes for a good lower leg!

    Oh that i was....compared to these days is like a world of difference....Can tie shoes without going into convulsions and out of breath....able to do cardio pretty easily and just an overall much better feeling !!

    I learned that ya dont need to go overboard in the offseason and get as big as ya can...its way too hard and doesnt make sense to gain unnecessary bodyfat in the off season. At least it is that way anymore for me.
