lol i was going to say something like that but i thought it might sound like a fat remarkand i do, and i work the front of them aswell, develop the muscle on my shins. makes for a good lower leg!
Oh that i was....compared to these days is like a world of difference....Can tie shoes without going into convulsions and out of breath....able to do cardio pretty easily and just an overall much better feeling !!
I learned that ya dont need to go overboard in the offseason and get as big as ya can...its way too hard and doesnt make sense to gain unnecessary bodyfat in the off season. At least it is that way anymore for me.
