    im more concern with the effect on cortisol,epherdrine prevents muscle break down but still act on the catabolic hormones,so i guess with a good intra shake(bcaa,glycogen,anti oxidant) there shouldnt be too much to worry about.

    I may be off base here, but doesn't using ephedrine with a NO product like superpump cancel it out? I believe the ephedrine constricts blood vessels, while the premise of an NO product is to dilate blood vessels.
