Sometimes things happen at just the right moment, as though on another level of being you had been searching for each other. When you meet, it feels exciting and right, like you have known her before but now's the time to complete what's already begun. Happened to me not long ago. Did not believe this calloused old heart could ever care again, but I was swept away like a teenager (with a grown man's experience). Once we moved in, we fought like crazy over values & habit routines, but I decided I could either be right or be happy, so I've compromised and so has she. Took me until my late 50s, but it seems I've finally found the woman to take with me to the final crossing.
