I know for my genetics I do light jogging for a few minutes a week for the heart benefits, and mostly the morning brisk walk. Diet is what builds definition, if you eat shit, you look like shit.
Its offseason, cardio kind of goes against the idea of bulking, and it has its benefits. I used to be for it, and still am in certain cases such as someone that has a tendancy to put on fat easily. But I have a feeling that you dont, so I think you could get away without it and not worrying about adding that extra bodyfat. If you feel you are getting a bit sloppy clean up the diet for a bit.

Sounds like you are already doing the best type of cardio for what you are looking for. See ya at the Gym and the store going to do some X mas shoping next week.
Sounds great creatine.
And a little update to anyone who posted on this thread a long time ago. I tried doing 0 cardio and it really effected my sleep quality and bodyfat percentage. I got to a BF at 245 that was to bloated and high for me. So i add cardio in maybe 2-3 times a week real light pace say 20 mins a session and it revs my metabolism. Tightened up the diet and lost about 5 lbs so still at 235 but lean for offseason (all abs are in).
