Hey Hey everyone........do we have any night owls who whore in this thread?
I'm alone as usual. Hubby is in Mexico. I trained earlier tonight and did shoulders. My shoulders have come back easy enough after having a broken rib last year. I'm going to try 35 lb dbs next week with a spotter.
I snack less late at night when dh, (dear hubby) is away because I do not buy them! I'm looking forward to a leaner summer.
I remember my injury. 3 months out of the gym. When I started back, I was only able to bicep curl 3lbs before it got so painful.
Keep at er fc. Just don't overdo it to fast or you'll reinjure yourself. I took a month before i started to increase weight. Then the rest is history.
We got life up in here tonight!!
I'm retired and not planning to compete again as a bodybuilder... I have faced that fact. It's doing back that is hard to increase weights with. Even little things like an oblique twist is painful.
I've now been back for 3 months MP and all other parts are responding well.
My elbow issues were osteoarthritis and the meds for it are wonderful. I can't believe I had doz of cortisone applications on it before it was discovered on a bone scan.I'm a happy lifter again.
goodmorning members...little sunshine for you fellows
