try following a gf or wife around during the day before and day of the show...You'll quickly be thankful that all you need to worry about is shaving and putting protan on. Its not in the rules, but can you imagine a woman NOT doing all those things for a show? Besides, it actually can help them out in their rankings:

The judge should also look for good skin tone with an absence of surgical or
other scars, spots, acne or tattoos, which the IFBB considers as a skin blemish, tidily
dressed hair, well-shaped feet, and toes. When having difficulty in placing two or
more competitors who seem to be on the same level, the judge should look for faults
in those aspects listed above which will help to differentiate among the competitors.

It's often close, so all those little things CAN make a difference.

Looking good Ron. Dial it in!! This year is the year for your Pro Card. We're all rooting for you!!

Took the liberty of making a quick pic off the vid. Wish I had something of better quality to work with though. Relaxed pose looking down for the cam.

Whoever goes, don't forget to take lot's of pics and post them up on CBB!!!
Wish I had seen this before forking out for a ticket - it's not on the tickets:

    # Only media who have been provided official media passes shall be allowed to take photographs from the audience seating area. If media personal are seen taking photographs, without attaining an official photographer’s pass, security of the event centre will ask them to cease photography, if they do not, the event centre may remove their apparatus.
    # The CBBF shall make available a complete list of athletes, their numbers and classes to the media prior to the prejudging of all CBBF national events.
    # Prior to the weigh-ins, media personnel shall provide in writing their name, the name of their company and/or the names of the companies they represent to the CBBF designated official. In addition any magazines or websites they may actively be involved in, copies of said magazines or websites would be welcomed.
    # The CBBF is an affiliate of the IFBB and subject to their rules and regulations. The CBBF has the right to refuse press accreditation to any media personal or photographer/videographer who are actively supporting other organizations or are not recognized by the IFBB.
    # To attain a photography pass the CBBF shall require the information mentioned in item # 9, no less than 3-weeks prior to an event. If provided the photography pass a charge of $100.00 shall be forwarded to the CBBF, upon attaining monies an official photography pass shall be provided. This only allows the recipient to take photographs, it does not provide a pass or ticket to an event, and one must attain this through communication with the promoter.

..either way....i'll do what i can to get some footage as well.

They do enforce this gay rule from what i remember, my girlfriend was told to stop filming.
