Small Suggestion! Or maybe just a "Would be Cool"

Each radio episode, maybe you could speak about 1 really great Exercise that alot of people arent doing or dont know about that could improve there training session!

Each episode could be a different Muscle or group... and you could elaborate on why and how it is important to be doing that specific exercise and how it should impact your session!

Could be Labeled "Mike's Gym Moment" Hot!!

Just an idea Show is already great!

Nicole has quite a story She came from a very small town not far from where I grew up. I remember going to my first National show and her name being called and her location I almost fell off my chair She lived only 35mins from me. Now I have her as my trainer and we have developed a great friendship as well
