Bumping this. P's thread is awesome. Would love to see more top level guys on board. Doesn't have to be about AAS. Maybe they can choose to answer what they want? Some guys with their real name might not feel comfortable answering any AAS specific questions and it's totally understandable. But other info as contest prep, diet, etc would be awesome.

I still think 4031 should be added if he would like to,he won the Canada's back in 2004.He will be doing another show(Canada's) this year hope he wins again.Then he will be the first on this site to have won the canada twice,plus i think he is moving up a weight Class.
