Fouad..I'll admit i don't follow the pro circuit too closely, but i do regularly check to see how you made out. Good to see you posting on MP's boards again. Welcome to CBB.

Whats going on everyone. Just to set the record straight I haven't forgotten anyone who supported me along the way. I was posting on other sites and was receiving a lot of emails from Canadian fans so I figured I was still on top of things. Regardless, you guys are right and since I am Canadian I should be here for anyone who has questions.

I also wanted to touch on BDH's comments. He is a complete jackass and has no idea what he is talking about...sorry bad jk.
In all honesty, he is totally right. I have made some improvements and I had an okay offseason but not as successful as I would have like for some different reasons. The main reason being small injuries throughout the year.
e improvements are fuller legs, shoulders, chest and back. Not necessarily bigger but more complete and more full. So my weight might only be a few pounds heavier than last year but I expect to have a different look this year. Finally just so you can all say I said it myself. I am not ready to stand with the top ten at the O, I think I need another year without injury to get into that spot.
That being said I am going into Tampa with the mindset of being able to compare with Dennis James and at least get a good look with Toney Freeman. No predictions but I am aiming for a top spot.

I think what he means is being competitive on stage with the big boys at the Mr. O. I agree he has made huge improvements and looks awesome. What I think BDH was getting at is that there is another level, and he maybe hasn't gotten there yet. Personally, I would need to see more pictures, too hard to tell from only one pose.

Fouad has no illusions of winning the O this year, next year or even the year after. He does have goals for himself that could be very attainable if he continues to make improvements.

Rome wasn't built in a day and improvements - at that level - take time to do.
