Hummm.....upon closed inspection of his designs, I have pin pointed the number "18 on his left lower innder arm.
After examination and medical revision of his pupils, which look very dialated, I have come to the conclusion, that this is gang related. I fear the artistic drawing on her facial are there to stay, and not some implemented via a computer program, one that edits, shades, and implements drawings on actual pictures.

People do funny things under the influence of drugs such as: coka, grass, pills, powders and others.
