    Half way mark.. week 5!... man I had no clue it been going on so long already!.. I musta missed quite a few DBol days cus I still got 2 days left of it... crazy... hate taking pills anyway lol.

    It really sneaks up on you, eh!

    I'm on day 34 and I'm already sad it's almost half over. I'm glad I picked 12 weeks because I'm nowhere near ready to come off :P

    I may grab another vile to be honest and extend it 2-3 weeks.

    I'd say that's a smart move .

    On the off chance that my vials are overfilled by a mL or two I may even push it to 13 weeks. I'm running it till the bottle's dry :P

    Very easy to see why guys run 20 week cycles or blast/cruise, lol. Gonna play it safe though and make sure to take adequate time off. I'm already thinking about the next one.

    oh same boat buddy.. im adding Decca next time around.. after summer. Then after that will be a TnT cycle spring 2010!

    Yup thinking a year in advance haha.

    man I guess its scar tissue or something but I gotta push hard now to bust the skin with my pin.. like a bee sting now. When the muscles were fresh it slid in like nothing.. and it bleeds now when I pull the pin out..if im losing any of the steroid ill be pissed!

    Good workout today.. started taking 40mg Dbol pre workout rather then doign 20mg am and 20mg pm

    And also im getting another vile of the T400 an running my cycle for a full 12-13 weeks rather then 10.

    Ill be done my Dbol monday ( musta missed a few days taking it cus im well past 25 days in)

    this was yesterdays today was a OFF DAY!.

    Preacher curls ( EZ bar) -
    75 X10
    95 X10
    105 X8
    105 X6

    Incline DB curls -
    35 X10
    40 X10
    45 X10
    50 X6 the 35 X5 right after.

    These curls were nuts.. we did HUGE pause and squeeze at the top of EVERY rep!!.. was UNREAL.

    reverse grip BB curls-
    60 X10
    70 X10
    80 X8

    Close grip bench -
    135 X10
    155 X10
    185 X10 ** NEW PR COULDA GONE MORE... but the bar I was using kept rolling in my hands sketching me out.

    Did 2 sets of triples on the cable pull down old machine no idea what the weight was but the burn was AMAZING.

    rope pull downs -
    140 X12
    150 X10
    160 X10
    170 X10

    Even today my arms are TOAST.. had to take the day off will be back in there for shoulders tomorrow!

    Good news today I got a new job.. getting trained to be a large appliance technician ... company runs all over the area so most of the day is just driving to other towns to fix stuff.

    starts at 14 an hour for training so shouldn't be long till im making decent money again...only working 3 nights aweek at the club has been killing my wallet with my car to pay off... so this is good news.

    going to get another vile also run my test longer and might hit 600mg/week.

    this is what I maxed out on decline BB last time and I can always push more decline then flat

    was to much on the back doing the bent rows after deads.

    tomorrow ill be starting 400mg of T400 per shot. ( up from 200)
