Great day today..think the test is really starting to kick in now!.. think tomorrow will be an off day just do some cardio. Then tuesday is arms
super lazy day to day feed and rested my muscles up! ready to get at her tomorrow. Proly do a split cardio earlier ( right after my tuesday pin) then go back in the evening to hit some arms!
