i meet girls either at school or at the club where I bounce. Bouncing is a gold mine, you are virtually guaranteed groupies who will "go out with you" every night. Plus you get prime access to the bar tenders and beer tub girls (who are usually the hottest in the whole bar). A warning tho, everyone in that industry is ****ed up (at least a little).
Do you have any friends single friends that are around your age to hang out with? All the single guys that I know in their early 30's are the biggest pimps that I know. Find someone that knows how to get girls hang out with them, and learn.

I'm kind of a shy guy. There are lots of circumstances where I can be very outgoing, but trying to meet women was never one of them. I either need a woman to throw herself at me, or get set up by friends. You have no control over the former (other than shaving, showering, and putting on a clean shirt, I guess) but you could always let your lame married friends know that you are in the market. There have got to be some nice-looking, sweet-natured, single girls that your lame married friends know through work or whatever. That's the best way to meet nice girls, by far... It sounds kind of like you want to meet a nice girl.
Working at bars is a funny situation if you're looking for romance. I've worked the door a couple of time, and both times I was in a relationship. I'd get girls throwing themselves at me once in a while, and it was good for my self esteem... BUT... they were not the kind of girls that I usually like to get involved with. I kind of felt like, if I'd been a single lonely guy, I would have got caught up in a fun but ultimately dissatisfying and maybe even regrettable experience a few times.

go back to school not only do you get an education, you meet some really nice women.
There are hot chicks everywhere, gym,stores,etc. when you see one smile at her if she smiles back, say something, if shes into you it wont really matter what you say. Women love confident men who can apprqach them.
