I'm designing a cutting diet to be used with a strenght routine 3 days per week.
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Weight: 63 kg
Height: 169 cm
Bodyfat %: ~30%
Calories: 1500 kcal
Protein: 126 gr (2gr/bw)
Fats: 63 gr (1gr/bw)
Carbs: 107 gr
As I know that keepìng carbs so low like that is hard for her, could I lower a bit protein and fats to let more space to carbs? How will that affect progress?
