If you don't know me I started coming to the boards in 2005 (?)

Yes, I am part of the Muscle Nexus crew that started this board, have been away for a while but always lurking.

Live in downtown Toronto and work out all over the city core. Teach a bunch of classes to a bunch of clubs and do PT in a small PT studio.
