Hey man I have a serious issue (in my eyes). Nowadays (for the past year or so) I cant feel my biceps work...at all. I have gone down to 10lb dumbells for slow controlled curls of all angles and all that gets a pump is the lower portion of the biceps and mostly the biceps tendon. Basically all I get from any direct bicep work is a pumped and sore tendon in the ditch of the arm, I am fresh out of ideas as I have tried every thing imaginable (that I can think of). Slow and controlled with light weight, med weight and heavy weight, slow cable curls behind the head, nose breakers, front double bicep curls, laying cable curls etc...you get the point. Any ideas are definitely welcomed, thanks in advance. BTW I have super crappy biceps with short bellies and long tendons ie I can place 3 fingers between my bicep and arm ditch
