Jut wondering if someone can give me some examples of their pre workout and postworkout nutrition. Should it be solid food or whey protein?What happens if you take in too much protein? what does body do with extra, store as bodyfat or just excrete? I have chicken and rice an hour before my workout and a whey protein shake 30 min prior to workout. At end of my workout i have whey protein shake and two bagels for carbs. Then a solid food meal consisting of steak,chicken or salmon with sweet potatoes. Please feel to critic my diet plan and give me some ideas on what to have and when? Also is waxy maize worth buying?
