Ok so here's a tasty treat that is low in the calories and high on the taste awesome chart!!

Steam cauliflower, can be frozen or fresh, of course fresh is better.
Put it on baking sheet, put some pepper and garlic on there
Dice a bunch of green onion, put that in too
Fry up some ground beef/chicken/Turkey with taco seasoning, put that on top, can cook and add some sausage to if you like
Sprinkle cheese on top of it all, as much or as little as u like
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted


It's basically nachos with cauliflower instead of chips. Try it. It's delicious and guilt free.
