I use to drink a lot of processed milk also (with lactase added so I can digest it) but after talking/reading about the subject I realized what pasteurization and homogenization really do to the milk and how unhealthy it is I stopped. Gladly I learned from here, mostly from Ted (Prae), how raw milk is healthy and a great friend to any bodybuilder.
Cow that are grass-fed instead of corn-fed are much more healthier themselves, their milk have much higher n3 content, lower n6 and much more CLA. Pasteurization not only denature the protein in the milk, kills all the beneficial enzymes and bacterias, but also destroy the fat-soluble vitamins (A,D, E, K), water soluble vitamins (especially vitamins B-6 and B-12) are also destroyed or reduced, this is why they add vitamin A and D (often synthetic, unhealthy D2), but they do not replace the others, raw milk is very good source of the hard to find Vit K.
