Hey Everyone,

Hyperforce is putting on an Amateur/Intermediate competition in Gatineau.

It's 5$ for spectators and 45$ for competitors. It's an amateur comp with not very complex lifts so if you are a strong dude come and give it a try.

Here are the events:

Farmers walk* (220lbs one way, 240 coming back)
Viking press* (225 to 250lbs)
Car deadlift (simulator)* (high 400lbs, maybe 500lbs)
Sandbag carry for distance* (200lbs max, distance)

Competitors email hyperforce@live.ca for methods of payment. Pre-register by mail or email is necessary!-Registration is 45$ (include t-shirt, prizes and trophees)
