I just want to speak for myself on the outcome of my placement. I started my prep 18 weeks from this show. I promised myself to bring the best package I can bring for Nationals. It was a long road but I feel I set out and accomplished what I planned. I am not the only one that made that decision. Everyone that competed put their lives on hold to do the same. When I was backstage looking around everyone did their homework and there was not one person I saw that didn't belong there. So I would like to congratulate every competitor there. This is a competition and it's judged by the finest in Canada. We all know that these kinds of competitions can be subjective but that is part of it.
I went there to have fun and to see how I can place among the finest athletes that Canada has. Just for the record, "I am happy with my placement." There is the opinions of others that may feel differently but please understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
The best part of this journey is that I have meet some amazing people along the way that share the same intrest and that means more to me than first place.
So I want to congratulate everyone that made it to the National Stage this past weekend.

Your Friend,
Chris "King Kong" Wong
Awesome - hope to see him back. He really did improve from his first show (what was it just within the past year or two?)... Another year and who knows... a masters overall win is NOT out of the question. I think its quite possible actually
