Ok ladies,.... Gents too... I'm cluelss here.. But my GF is beggin for me to hook her up...

Now, she has great genetics, and would in my eyes be 6wks out from a figure show if she could diet... As reference...youtube a lise thexton... She's pretty close to that...although she thinks I'm an idiot
,She looks like this with a non existent diet.. Has wine at nite and can snack like a machine on shit after 9pm.... Bitch..lol

I'm thinking, she should consume 5 meals a day....25gm protein each

I just jotted this down, she hates fish....this would be days she works...

Meal 1...6am
3 eggs
2 piece toast
Juice/milk

Meal 2....8-9am
Protein bar..or
1 scoop protein in cup milk adn/or 1 pkg oatmeal, or fruit

Meal 3...11-12pm
Tuna sandwich
Veggies??....or

2 club wraps (tortilla with deli meat)

Meal 4...4pm
Ground Turkey/rice or
Stuffed turkey/chicken breast
Green beans/asparagus

Meal 5...7ish
Protein shake
1oz Almonds


*what can she snack on if she hungry
* any ideas where to look, for tasty QUICK recipe ideas
*what about making chilli too?
