One thing I did once was a "bridge" for a month and 1 week. It consisted of one ml of Tren once a week. It was split to 2 shots of .5 ml. During this time my weight dropped by 5 pounds of muscle and my strength by 15 pounds on most compound excercises. Libido went out the door though.

Most of my bodybuilder friends could not believe that such small amounts could keep me so close to my "regular" weight. One the other hand, taking large amounts of AAS did get me big and strong. Many people may not agree with me, but large amounts give you a better physique and more strength.
My best lifts:
Dead-495 for 3 reps (no belt or wrist straps)
Squat-475 for 4 reps ( no belt or knee wraps)
Bench-365 for 2 reps
