    Default Pictures of me, 17 years old!

    Hi,

    I took pictures yesterday because I begin my new training program for 6 week again this day!...I took my mensuration and I'll write goals on a sheet to reach after this program! So, I weight around 170 lbs, 5 foot 9 inch for 9.5 BF% march 2.

    Theses photos are took the sunday, the day after my cheat day...LOL..so, maybe a litlle bit of water retention!:P

    Comments are welcome!...I'll put others pictures of my progress avril 17

    Ohh, I forgot to say that I'm on a bulking diets since february 13

    My goal is to be around 180-190 lbs @ 7-8%
