I personally say scrap the whole idea and just get chosen mods that you feel will do the board justice.. The last thing CBB needs is the community clashing. You'll start hearing things like "Anyone can be a Mod now, one board out there is letting people do it every 3 months". Another would say "This guy just applied for a Mod job at my board saying he modded at CBB". It will start getting nuts for CBB. "not only did some boards sell status, but now you can become a Mod without earning it ect.." I see alot of down sides to this idea, now that I think about it... But who really knows....
