Buy my parents a house and save/invest the rest.
With $1 million I would buy up roughly 20K barrels of oil at today's prices.
When oil hits $200 a barrel in about 3 years times I will cash out and have $4 mil in the bank. Then I will buy my parents a new home.
Move to a warmer climate.
First thing would be pay off my mortgage

Finish my education, travel the world, then settle down with a nice ride and paid mortgage.
Buy more gym equipment and franchise my OWN hard core gym . and live in it . the chicks will come later and i could jsut walk downstairs to work
