are you talking about the guy on the far left in the first pic???? because that dude looks like a damn monster!! especially for level 2.. the thickness on him is unreal, id love to have more info on him.

I thought the winnner had a great back and lat spread but the 2nd place guy had a better chest and quads and abs.. it was super close IMO.
It really could have gone either way...
I think the "21" factor was the impressor! it was a long show, my first and though I was thrilled to be there! getting a little let down now can't wait till next show!
