I started doing regular reading on musclenexus when I was 17 or maybe it was 18. I remember Aboots had endless very helpful info and I learned alot throught reading his posts. I even at one point heard someone at my gym mention him.

Royy and Painly - Probably many of you don't know this duo but the old outstanding vets will probably remember. These two were the weirdest internet duo I have known. Made me laugh endlessly. Throw aX in that mix and you had just entered the twilght zone. They added a lot of slapstick humor to a board.

those guys were a blast, anytime they posted it was required reading nomatter what the topic.

Hooly **** I made the list I miss Doc M, Aboot and his alter ego, I talk to Kimpy quite a bit still. AFAIK Dalton is working for the gov, but not as a cop, and for what its worth he was a uniform on regular patrol not a narc. Roy and Painly were probably 2 of the funniest regulars and there was another guy who drifted over from CJM who had some real ****ed up posts. Victorian Man ring a bell? Also Diandybol trained with another guy who was old school but jhis name slips me. I always laughed my ass off when Flexy and Carl went at it, I have never seen anyone get owned as bad as Carl the day he left MN.
