Have you tried those handles with a rotating platform for pushups?You can go wide like a guillotine press and stay 8 inches from the bottom or bring your hands right beside your hips comfortably.Handy.I find ring presses really easy on the shoulders,you can find what is smooth.Body weight rows as well.

ring training = brutal... but im thinking that the increased flexibility and stabilization is going to really help my bench and shoulder problems in general......im getting my thumbs buried into my armpits for every rep.....chest is soooooo sore afterward and no more shoulder pains!! im dropping my bodyweight down..hanging around 215 but a friend with gymnastics background is advising me to dump more weight......thinking of going and squatting this weekend....its been a loooooong while so we shall see how weak ive gotten
