    When I feel to have a 'dessert' I like to take about 2 cups of iced blueberries or strawberries (I buy a lot of them in the season and freeze them) with about one or 2 cups of skim milk, I add stevia and blend everything! So I have either a smoothie with more milk or natural blueberry ice cream with no fat with no sugar added. It's really tasty and guilt free.

    I had horse meat while I was in Quebec but have never been able to find it anywhere else. I actually really liked it. Every time I go to a butcher shop and ask about it, I get weird looks.

    i'm addicted to these things in the morning i usually wash it down with a coffee/iso shake

    Almond Flour Waffles with Pomegranate

    Ingredients

    2 eggs;
    ½ cup full-fat coconut milk (you could also use water);
    2 tbsp raw honey;
    1 tsp vanilla extract;
    1 cup almond flour;( just ground up almonds... be careful if you grind them up too much you get almond butter.... lol)
    ½ tsp baking soda;
    A pinch of sea salt;
    Seeds of 1 pomegranate for garnish;
    Any other of your favorite garnishing option: butter, clarified butter, fresh or frozen berries, maple syrup or even some extra coconut milk.

    Tried this the other day...

    2 frozen bananas (i peeled them earlier and ziplocked them)
    2 scoops of CanadianProtein.com chocolate isolate
    1 tbs of natural peanut butter.
    splash of unsweetened almond milk

    i put it all into my NutriBullet and blended that bad boy for 45 seconds and voila i had a great tasting frozen ice cream/ pudding thingy. Satisfied my sweet tooth!

    I make a smoothie similar to that. I only use 1 banana, and choc pb protein from CP, 1 cup of almond milk and a 1tbsp of natural pb. It is delicious. If I want some more carbs I will throw in 1/4c of oatmeal as well.

    My other variation is using 1 c almond milk, scoop of vanilla protein, berries (oatmeal if i want carbs) and you can throw in some evoo or coconut oil for some fats.

    As for eggs, I usually don't have much time in the am so if I'm looking for a way to spice up my eggs, I will just scramble them (usually 2 Omega 3 eggs and 3/4 cup whites) and top them with some low carb bbq sauce. Here is the recipe:
    Found at http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...er-tasted.html
    3/8 cup vinegar
    1 1/2 cup tomato sauce. (1 15 oz can) Don't buy a tomato sauce that has spices or flavorings in it!
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tablespoon yellow hot dog mustard
    3/4 tablespoon Franks Hot Sauce (the chicken wing sauce)
    3/4 tablespoon salt (optional)
    1 dash cayenne pepper. Go easy!!!!
    3 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
    6 teaspoons Splenda or 18 drops of Liquid Splenda

    Add vinegar and all other ingredients except mustard to a sauce pan and slowly heat. Put mustard in a cup and slowly stir in a couple tablespoons of sauce until well blended. Then add mustard mixture back to sauce in pan.

    Bring to a boil, and lower heat. Let simmer for a few minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate.

    Note: this sauce will taste a bit peculiar if you taste it when it is still hot. Don't worry! Something magical happens when it sits in the fridge.
