    Hugo bodybuilds now.. Jesus. I don't know how a strong man can go to bodybuilding. Clearly he cant be an expert at conditioning or show prep. Maybe he can move some atlas stones on stage while posing.lol

    Hey blp from what I read you think Humalog preworkout is the best way to run slin? What do you think of the three shake method?

    What do you think of this breakdown for a protocol, how would you make it better?

    20 mins pre workout - 20IU Humalog
    10 mins pre workout - 60g Dextrose, 4g BCAA, 1.5g Glutamine, 1g Cit Mal, 5g Creatine Mono 1 Scoop Hyper FX
    During Workout - 100g Organic Cane Sugar, 10g BCAA, 5g Glutamine, 2g Cit Mal, 5g Creatine Mono
    Post Workout - 66g of Whey Protein (3 scoops of syntha-6), 500ml of 1% milk

    i find dextrose way too harsh on me ,, omg lol

    i prefer th meadows type technique peri nutrition , 50 gr glycofuse gaspari cyclic dextrin +
    casein hydro + high leucine bcaa


    humalog 10ui / des1gf 200mcg / testo suspension pre workout

    you are ready for th pump of th century ,,

    i like concrete creatine softer on stomach no bloat no water retention

    i use rapids cuts allmax ppre workout for stim it not too much ,, just right energy,,
