Your quad sweep IMO is your strongest attribute. Looking like it's all coming together. That's a shitload of weight to lose. Best of luck the rest of the way bud.

Do you tend to hold lots of water? At this point, I would imagine you are waking up really dry and thirsty. if 180.6 is morning weight carb depleted, then I would expect weighing in 176 would actually be fairly tricky (ie cutting water early, etc). I am just speaking from my own personal experience, but the morning weight the last couple days before a show tend to only be 2-3 pounds heavier than stage weight, if you are cutting more water than that, you are losing too much water!
Aside from that, I think you are looking pretty lean - good luck with this show!
Steve I am not trying to get to 176.
Middle weight is 176-187 so i am in the middle.
So no drastic measures needed![]()
