I could careless about WHO got what. What I care about is that a fair process was followed, so I would like to ask, again, where the RFP's for an official tanner were made public (as in how did people find out to submit their bid), when the bidding process was opened and when the bidding process was closed and who was part of the big selection committee to select a vendor?

That was my original point Nate. Would we have gotten the nod. Probably not. As we have very demanding jobs weekend work is a priority so tanning takes the back burner. We wouldn't be able to commit to all the OPA shows. I would just like it to be fair if a so-called bidding process was being used.
As I said previously, look at a win-win situation because the current one isn't.
I think there is another thread on CBB about the Nationals and what happened there....look it up.

Yep Dan....Im not a person that says jan Tana product is the best or LSR is the best or Pro Tan is the best.....In true reality.....not everyones skin and PH balance of their skin can take every colour. I actually didn't BEG Marilyn for LSR I did tell her I would like to try it out on some of my competitors....the ones that ALWAYS come to ME because of MY service that I give them...not necessarily because of the colour. I look at whats best for my clients so if Jan Tana product doesn't take to their skin then I will find a colour that will.

So where in the Bylaws (http://www.physiqueassociation.ca/pd...BYLAWS2011.pdf) does it state when the bidding time frame for vendor services is? I don't see anything in these bylaws that state it.

Maybe you should be asking the NPC & IFBB Why they don't give Options.....I think they are a very successful organization, it works & it keeps things simple. Dan you & I both no that no matter what IF you have a clientele base they will be loyal to you no matter what. Pro quality I am sure will not tan absolutely every athlete of the show because let it be true....hell they do have their favourites! BUT We, Pro Quality we are exclusive what we bid is between us & the executives of the OPA, we also have items in our contract that MUST be fulfilled and we will make sure that they are all fulfilled. We support the Ontario Physique Association 100% and as a competitor myself I am very excited to see the direction of the OPA over the past few years. Happy Training!!!
