Diet going great so far, hunger only setting in when the next meal is supposed to be consumed. Feeling stronger with the extra few carbs as well, and definitely more vascular.

Morning cardio tomorrow and a day off the weights is needed. Hard to stay away from the iron but gotta stick with the game plan.

Weigh in on Saturday morning and more pics!
It felt like a ton as it moved to my waist from the floor, but I am a bodybuilder so gave it 5 more.

On Saturday I showed up at the gym and to my surprise they got some new dumbbells from 130's - 160's. So I worked my way up to the 140's on Incline Press for a solid 6 reps and when I came down my bench was too close to the mirror. I was either going to smash my head into them mirror or drop them. I chose option 2 and they one bounced right into the mirror and through the dry wall. It's the base gym and I am lucky because I could only imagine how mad the gym owner would have been, accident or not. Going to cost 600-800 dollars. Hoping the bill isn't in the mail.

LOL. Sucks but you are one lucky bastard to have 160 lb dbs. My POS Goodlife has 100s !! Luckily I can add plates to my hex 120's I have at home for db rows. What base are you at ? Great development BTW. You are a big **** for sure.

Can you belive I'll be doing the Novice Classic in May?

Hopefully I can bring the same swimmer physique you did 2 years ago.

You're looking massive - great stuff!
