It's funny if IIRC she was going by the name Corinna Everson when she was Miss Olympia! I use her abs routine for my contests back then, it did work very very good. In fact, I was never doing any abs, as I never wanted to have that thick abdominal 'plate', and I did beginning to do abs only 1 month pre contest, nevertheless abs were great.
Props to her, she still seems to be in great shape!
