it was a great experience
I LEARNED ALOT FROM HER
and i did a totally different workout style than i've ever used
it was extremely grueling and hard and the respect for her in that sense hugely went up
the nutrition program and supplement program again was very different which i find so interesting
i think it was totally worth the $3500 i spent and then some
my decision to work with Greg Kovacs was initiated from a close friend of mine who worked with Greg this year for his competition
he said "I HAD TO WORK WITH GREG"
now this friend knows me well and i trust him explictly
when he tells me something i listen
i could train with Greg for the whole 10 months for less than the 16 weeks with Iris
and to be honest i prefer having a coach year round who i'm accountable to, get direction from, support from etc
Greg will also be at my show which to me will be a great help and hopefully will make the difference i need for my next show...
sometimes i think alot gets lost in sending pictures thru email, and if someone was there with you i think can make a big difference
those last few days can make or break you, even hours
so far i am very much enjoying working with Greg
and i'm confident that he will get me the result i am seeking for 2012
i worked with ONLINE TRAINERS now for the last 3+ years
i worked with Dave Palumbo for 2 full calender years both 2009 & 2010 show seasons (3 National Shows)
(LOVE DAVE HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR HIM LOVED TRAINING WITH HIM)
i worked with Iris Kyle 16 wks out of Nationals 2010
but i started making payments to her Oct 2009 and she was giving me tips and some things to do thruout that yr leading up to 16 wks out
now currently working with Greg Kovacs and it'll be for 10 months till Nationals 2012 in August

i'd much rather step outta my 1990 VW Golf with a BANGIN' BODY THAT TURNS HEADS
than step outta a Maserati and have some sickly unhealthy body
but thatz me....
to me it's not just about VANITY it's about HEALTH
its about the fact you are given this temple
and you can either choose to take care of it
or you can abuse it
and you may can look pretty good and eat poorly and exercise little to none
but sooner or later there will be a price for that
and when that day comes it may be too late to change it
at this age of my life i'm now 47 yrs old
i've already seen many people younger than me die due to them not taking care of themselves
its your life it goes fast so LIVE WELL
