1- you are unorganized and late(make people wait in hotel rooms for hours when they have booked appointments?) we got shit to do eat focus etc
2-Make people wait show day when they made appointments?
3-amateur type work on the paint(too fast not enough coats, paint running oil running)
4- the best part was since the show was running late as most shows do, at around 3pm still morning show they leave, actually said they have to go because its taking too long. haha this one is funny to me, but when we pay for a ****en service 125$ + tax i dont care if it goes to next week you stay around and you paint everyone and sheen everyone.
5-get this they never came back for the night show? that is straight up BS and robbery.

all in all its all good there was some good people back stage to help all HW/ SHW who were ****ed by this so called offiical tanner. and i hope no one ever goes to them again.

They should just hire real Jan Tana team who do the best damn job evern to the point jan tan her self would sit and wait for you to perfect your look.

    that is all

    Stunna,
Yes, this is what happens when the promoter sees $$$ instead of helping out the competitors. He chose to go with 1 "official" tanner instead of charging a lesser fee and allowing more tanners in. Sad. Joe is a good guy but I think some of the promoters lose site of the athletes. I was there with my company "Tan Like the Pros". We were the first in Ontario to do the Jana Tana spray tans and we are now the first to do Liquid Sun Rayz. Ask my clients...Tim Love, Chris Johnson...etc the kind of job I do. **** I even helped out a guy last minute because someone stole his gym bag with all his supplies. Did it for free. I even oiled up one of Ron Partlow's guys - free! I don't do the tanning to make a buck - I do it to give back and to stay involved in the sport. As a National level athlete I know what you guys are going through and I give my all. Sorry it didn't work out with the other tanners.
I pride myself in the tans we provide and I strongly believe that my wife and I are the best!
OBSESSED is just a word the LAZY use to describe the DEDICATED.

Its called hard training. I mean f*cking hard training. Something people don't do a lot of these days.

Good luck is the result of hard work and preparation.

Every time you stay out late...every time you sleep in ....every time you miss a workout...every time you don't give 100%...you make it that much easier for me to beat you.

You are definitely a classy individual. People like you are what make the sport a true brotherhood.

I have to disagree with this. I found them to be relatively on time and in some instances early. They were very helpful backstage as well and I never had any issue with touch ups or glaze. As a competitor it does take some planning/forethought of your own to ensure you get touched up/glazed in time. I would simply wait until the line up for touch up/glaze was short then line up. I would do this well in advance of my weight class since the touch up and glaze last until you put clothing on. Never had any issues except for color running but I believe that was only because of the extreme heat on that stage especially in the afternoon. Any color will run if you are sweating that much.
I will agree that they did leave a little early however although it was well after 3 if I recall. Kind of sucked for the guys in the Welter and later classes who needed glaze.

I want to thank Dan and his team of Tan Like Pros for eliminating any additional stress i needed that weekend by providing excellent service making sure I look my very best. Dan took his time, provided 2 coats, and it did not cost me anywhere close to $125+tax. I only paid for the spray tanning service and i did not expect him to be backstage providing touch ups! He was also kind enough to help others touch ups as well. More importantly I arrived 1 hour late for my appointment sat night, due to the atheletes meeting, and Dan told me not to worry and to take my time b/c it will get done. I hope to see you again in Edmonton.

As for me, it was my debut appearance in the HW div. 196lbs last year weighins/208lbs this year weighins. I placed 16th. My trainer Jeremy Miskinis and I will keep making improvements because I am going to keep plugging away at this division and keep moving up the ranks. I had an excellent experience, met many great people, and am happy to have pancakes with syrup with my kids again!
    See you in Edmonton.
