You'll do fine, Montreal is pretty much bilingual and they'll try to serve you in your language. Last time I went on St-Catherines, I only heard english people. Or better yet, drag Loutfi with you, he's french.

Easy to locate Pro-Gym, it's literally 2 minutes from the Olympic Stadium which could be a cool place for a photoshoot. I usually use www.tripadvisor.com for advice on Restaurant/Things-to-do. Very helpful.

Sorry for the stupid question (first time coming to Laval), but what is the preferred way to get to the venue in Montmorency College from the official hotel? I was thinking of renting a car, but not sure. Is public transportation a better idea?
