Thanks bro she says (as do I)...she had the night of her life. She busted it every day and was lucky enough to stay healthy right thru this time and the no injury situation was key....I wasn't sure how it was gonna go after PJ as I focused so much on her and was glancing at the other girls so I didn't have a good read on the other HW girls..Dawn had a couple good competitors in there and Tamara is always so shredded and competitive and was bigger ...the other 2 awards caught me way off guard
In my opinion she had each one of these , looked incredible .....again she should be proud and I could see the delight on her face when they made the call ......must have been a great Sunday at the house ....lol

He was row E on the left side as you look at stage...not in center section. I'd send u a pic but not sure if he'd want that as he has many stalkers after the last 2 yrs results...now everyone wants to be his client..lol
lol ya they had me stand up I felt embarrassed it wasnt my time to shine, lol. I just lay out a plan and its up to the person to execute it and I was lucky enough to have 2 clients follow things to the T and train to win and nothing else. That makes me very proud. I just do this for fun really and it's turning out really well for the people I been working with. I have two awesome little boys, a great wife and I work full time shift work so my days are over 15 hours long from the time I leave the house til I get in, then I work on training and diet programs. I barely get into the gym myself these days, lol. I pick and chose my clients I work with so the end results are worth it. I dont want to just train someone for a show, I want to train someone I think has the potential to win the show.
