    stay in 10-12 % bf year round , your young abuse of calories for th time you can, food first , drug second , 40 gr protein every 3 hours around clock 24/7 lot's of EFA , 15 gr fish oil liquid from sea ED,,, tren is a pre contest drug forget it, dbol u win a lot, u loose a lot forget it,, forget all oral unless anadrol , your young enjoy anadrol for th time u can, use probiotic year round nice ph, nice stomach, believe me on that one n dont party on cycle , young n sexy with a high libido stay home not easy,,, think u b a pro.... remain in a stable relationship with good sex,, good sex u stay home ; )

    your plan is to be mr canada n be super heavy on stage if not dont compete at all with th level of bbing today , no one care about middle weight, if you plan ten years ahead you got a chance if not ,, choose another career

    when 24 yo. hit hgh year basis n pharmgrade, 10ui ED year basis for 10 years , **** generic crap

    3 month on - 3 month off- testo lowest has possible n anabolic / try keep testo low n slowly increase , dont do like me start too crazy n now at 1 gr of test i fell nothing ! not good,, think ten years,,, cycle are simple dont need to stack everything like i do LOL

    on a contest hired 5-7 guru , mix all knowledge from what work with you , ther's is no right or wrong follow your instinct .. hire at least one well know guru, judge panel dont like independent bber , you need a external honest eye, you will fell always your not enough ,, like me in ten years i reach satisfaction in 2-3 pictures n about 5 minutes

    IMPORTANT : a great perfect flawless pose on stage hurt ; ) follow th posture pain u wont need a mirror to know your posing great

    a contest it hard,,, one a year is enough

    it' about money n planning n what u want in life n b extremely wise about it,,,

    bbing is discipline , focus , determination , control , "sacrifice n consistency"

    once u nail a winning formula dont change anything til u plateau

    a bber is not agressive,, i think it somewhere a selfish sport on diet but be nice n kind, generous in off season n see dieting has th time for you.. behave like a humble champion on stage

    at 24 yo. try a diet n photoshoot not goin contest but same to see th trial n error , there's is no perfect diet, then compete at 25, a after contest rebound is brutal go slow, never use painkiller or sleep med i did not... this mess up ppl

    dont get a criminal record a ifbb bber need to go usa , and usa custom are severe

    try white rice or brown rice or potatoes or eggs and workout , try those twice, see which food give best energy expenditure n quality pump at gym,

    you cant be at your best year round, what matters is what you like off cycle weight wise , it when off you know your permanent gain

    it a industry of hypocrisy so th day you get a md interview dont talk about steroid, ronnie never talk about it

    you got 7-10 years to be 275-300 pounds off season,

    think control of weight , flawless form to an art level mean a injury free men

    the beauty of th sport is whatver the struggle his there's always a solution

    thanks jazzy , it nothing exceptional but i give all i got

    for now i live for the moment.. Lifespan on downfall for muscle mass.. Im not exactly sure the reason why tho... Self destructive pathway for a better me or a worst version of myself
