Like I said i ****ed up with T3 ages a go (went up to 100 mcg - 200 mcg for my contests) and since then I have a even more slow metabolism so I can't grind on junk food otherwise I **** up my entire physique while I didn't realize I was shrinking on t3 (muscle waisting).. In the past I was fat (over 30% BF)
I completely understand when you say 'white' pee because I really drink that much when on diet. My next diet plan is giving keto a shot (high protein, zero carb, high fat) a try for couple weeks. In combination with cardio, ephedrine and lipolyse. Shooting up some prop, tren ace and anavar/Proviron with that for DRY clean muscle mass without adding bodyfat or look bloated. Femara running low to high dose the entire cycle to shrink my current gyno.
Atm I still want to add that offseason mass until january.. lifting heavy and shooting in those carbs to fill up the muscle tissue.. then I start cleaning out everything.. What do you think about my cycle, diet and general plan?
