Push on bro...we'll see that Sat in pix..and call us when you got the stris in the glutes...lol...awesome for you. And listen to the guys about the abs and pump up...I'm sure P will put u straight there anyway but sometimes the pump is detrimental like SD says when u get blood into the muscles and u lose those cuts (and stris)....

ST....here is an exerpt from a great article that I kept...it pretty much sums things up for you with pump up, mindset etc...(like I said...I did not author this but wish I had). There are some great articles on BB.com as well for spare time reading as u undoubtedly have tons of spare time on ur hands right now...haha ...yeah right

    Back Stage...

When I go to the contest I take a MP3 player with my posing music. I try to find a place by myself back stage so I can practice my posing routine. By doing this, my routine is fresh in my mind before going on stage in front of the audience and judges.

When pumping up before going on stage I will do some light, high rep, upper body exercises such as push ups, bent over rows, bicep curls, etc. with a rubber fitness band. Never pump up the legs or the abs, these muscles always look and flex better when they are not pumped. Do not pump up too much because it will make you shake when you pose. Just warm up and get the blood flowing to the muscles.

And the last thing that I recommend is to go out there and have a good time. Be confident and proud of your accomplishments and put on a good show for the crowd. At this point you have done all you can do, now it is up to the judges to decide the rest.

    Thanks Buddy,

Yeah Prae is going to be covering all of this for me anyways.

I don't know if any of you guys have had this issue but It hurts LIKE HELL to tan right now lol. My tailbone is way over-exposed and I cant lie on my back because of it! It's a Major Pain in the Ass (Pun intended I guess)

I had another HUGE Refeed considering my weight went from like 148.6lbs to 146.2lbs this week after last weeks junk load. Amazing how much it kick started my metabolism!!

Alright guys so after setting my metabolism a blaze last weekend I was down to a crazt 146.2lbs low on Saturday and here are the pics

I still feel pretty sick from yesterday lol and probably put on some weight but Im not too worried. It will melt right off this week considering I still have 18 hours of cardio left on the schedule lol

    12 DAYS!!!

It should be a breeze from here! and only 5 days until vacation begins!

BTW I put a close up of the new Cross Striations that I am very proud of on my Triceps haha They go nice with my Alias!

Sorry it took so long to update this weekend
