Trust me, i get so mad when one day at the gym doesn't go well haha. I would go to the gym 6 times a week if i could, but sadly i only go from 4 to 5 times a week. But i can almost already feel the creatine in me. My arms pumped like insane even if i'm not doing biceps. They we'rent as pumped before. So far i feel like i have a bit more energy. God i love working out, i'd go again right now if i could haha.

LOL, at the cost of the abs. I am facing the same thing . I am on my 22nd week and have put on 27lbs ( naturally ). Gone are the abs but everything else has doubled in size and strength. What is your height and weight ?

Good work on trying to get into it. Its good your motivated and on the right track. Not to burst your bubble but its only creatine bro. Not to cut you down at all but ive been taking 10g a day for 5 years and its helped but i never really felt a pump. The fact that i made it to the weight i am may have been helped very slowly from it along the way but please dont expect miracles.

Don't worry, i'm not expecting miracles or else i'd already be crying that i'm not where i want to be. But its fun to see the progress coming in slowly. I notice my abs aren't really changing. I would like to cut them down, but **** me, it seems impossible... Maybe more cardio would work? Anyways, i'm now at 50 pounds pour dumbell for bicep curls which is fun about 2 months ago i was a 40. I'm doing sets of bench with aroung 165-170. I'm starting to like more and more working on the legs, but working the calves is so fun!

PS : On the first pic i'm sort of pumping my stomach, so thats why we don't see abs lol. I'm 5ft8 at 166 pounds right now. A year ago i was max 145 pounds.

i would pay money to see you curl a 50 pound DB properly, drop the weight and do them right.

a little shoulder grease never hurt anyone

hey bud, i wouldnt worry about cycling. I was on creatine for 10 yrs straight since i was 15 before i stopped this spring, just dont go overboard on the intake. I know people who front load it with ridiculous amounts and try "spiking" their levels....20-40grams/day at times, just ridiculous, keep it 5-10 grams/day

40 grams a day? Thats so useless, i'm sure you're body rejects more than half of it... I normally take +/- 10 grams on training days, +/- 5 grams on non training days. Should i take more than one protein shake per day? Like 2 on training days and one on non training days?
