I was shocked she never competed before she looked fantastic her conditioning was extremely impressive.

She was supposed to compete last year, but, as with a lot of people, other things got in the way... I tried to encourage her to push through, but she's very career oriented and the job and life came first... Im glad she went through with it this year, though... would have been a waste not to capitalize on such an amazing physique... she's also a great person... was very good with my daughter...

Congrats to all the members that represented us so well... you make us all very proud...

YEAHHH im light heavyweight 1st loser. LOL. Couldnt be happier with 2nd place im floored. Was shooting to just make provincials so 2nd was an absolute honor. Was a pretty solid class too.

My buddy Korillon from here got 2nd and he earned it man. Guy had a phenomenal transformation and at a weight class down from me still looked my size if not bigger offstage. Hats off to him.

Also his amazing gf LMBQ did her first show. IMHO the judging and rules set for bikini are absolute nonsense. We as a team did not no what to expect and it was a curveball because the class was about being sexy and ass shaking and not physique at all. LMBQ phsyique was better than 4/5 of those athletes but she would not stoop to that level to fluant and be low class. This part of the show really bummed me out but at least we know what to expect for next time. I just wish bikini rules, suits, and routine was more strictly set up so everyone knows what to expect. NOnetheless LMBQ looked flawless and her suit was perfect.

The sooner they rid themselves of bikini comps the better.....Should never be on the same day.....At our show last yr, poor CC is licking an ice cube every 10 minutes and starving, and the bikini floozies were wondering around aimlessly drinking crystal lite, eating shit and spraying hairspray all over Yammering on and on about how tired they were, and thirsty etc...I swear they thought they were BBers...It was an embarrassment being in the same romm as them to be honest.....Figure for LMBQ IMO.......She would do great!!!!

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site although I followed a bit while I was prepping for the Mississauga. I thought you guys did a great job encouraging one another in the last few weeks and you showed well on Saturday! I was in the Heavyweight class and won the Overall. It was a good show. I have to give props to my trainer IFBB Lou Joseph who trained my butt off. He was fantastic. I look forward to seeing many of you at the Provincials next month! I am also not very computer savy so I am not even sure how to give myself a picture under my name yet or how to attach a photo but I will try to figure it out!!!
