    shit.. under my goal weight... already.. maybe Ill carb it back up before weigh in.. sitting at 116.6 today

    I feel my conditioning is right on track, would have liked to have gotten bigger shoulders, but I did what I could with what I had... and sticking to being natty. I am absolutely DYING for a steak!.. that's right, the former vegetarian is not craving carbs at all... but a giant slab of half cooked juicy meat!, (ya know... it sounds so sexual when I put it that way!)

    don't worry about your weight. I know its under your goal weight - but as I've mentioned before, it is not realistic to put on 5 pounds naturally in a year at your height/weight. It's all about improving the look, not the weight. Once can be the same weight, or lighter, (even at the same condition) yet look much better.

    Good luck DG, love the park and Harley pics.......Very cool stuff....You guys get me all pumped and now im doing a diet and no show till next yr, but i have to get ripped now watching all you buggers having fun and looking buff....

    Rule #1. Don't panic. Listen to your coach. The most likely result of radical change in your diet right now is to make things worse. You've done the work. Settle down and enjoy the results.
