The quality natural organizations in the states generally require 5 years, NPC natural streams are 2 years clean. However, they usually polygraph everyone along with piss testing the winners of each class.... in canada i doubt the CABBA Natural stream even does polygraph

Sounds like I should just hop back on some crank and compete again here locally!

i would say if you want to compete clean for yourself, do it! enter a natural show or a tested show.. is it for you or the first place trophy? there's nothing wrong in wanting to try it w/o gear..

i think deca is the longest metabolite to be picked up in a screen? somewhere around 18 months??

There is simply no way your going to get huge training natural and eating alot. Eating alot is probably the biggest mistake that 95% of competitors do. There are so many better bodybuilders out there who I know for sure could kick my ass is they simply dieted harder and did more cardio. Eating more = getting fat. Simple as that. The leaner you are off season the more you will keep when dieting. To go from using performance enhancing drugs and competing to not using and competing would be a very drastic and devistating experience.
There are bodybuilders who have who heavyweight and overall titles and now compete in natural feds but are much much smaller. There is simply no way a natural competitor can be even close in size to the pros.

As far as fedurations natural requirement they are all different. I don't believe polygragh tests because I have competed in contests using these where everyone passed dispite latter failing the uring test.
If you did a search on the internet you could see how long you would need to pass a test and its alot less long then you would think depending on what you took.
The only way a contest could really be even is if they test all the competitors out of contest. I recomend you just compete for the fun of it and just be all you can be. When I go into a contest my goal is to look better then the last time I competed and if I do then its a personal victory. I could care less at this stage of the game if I win. Id rather get 3rd out of 20 then 1st against no one. If you compete in a natural show and win does not mean your the best natural bodybuilder jsut mesans someone better never showed up and if you get last does not mean your worst natural competitor either as there is a good chance that many of the guys who placed ahead of you had a lot of help.
Bottom line friedns and family are not going to cafre what place you get if you don't. They will cheer you on no matter what and if you look good who cares how you compare with others.

Well said, as well competing naturally for most is only natural when they are on stage. They go on gear that clears faster such as test. Then they go off the gear and show somewhat smaller yes but with a huge advantage. The built on gear but showed naturally. Happens all the time, and its too bad it does but that is the way most people place.

I myself have placed top 3 most shows but I didn't do that cycle to get there? Some do some don't and some that do, don't do it right and they sometimes get caught and sometimes they don't.

    But that is life right?
