Please enlighten me, oh great one... what is this HUGE problem you have with Empire??? After using Empire for several years, I am curious to see what happened to you.

I assume some EVIL Nexus mod recommended Empire to you... OMG!!! How terrible of him to recommend a quality lab...

My understanding is that BAM got some bunk gear from the lab...I believe he posted his feedback several times on at least 2 sites.
Anyhow not for me to get involved.


As far as the so called "voting" process and sole purpose of this thread...well a joke IMO---just judging by most comments and the amount of pages.
Obviously this open door has not been taken seriously by any of the members here.
There has been plenty of jokes, backstabbing, personal opinions, unprofessional advice, teaming.....whatever.

I think the original point of this thread was to accept applications so that MP would know who was interested. Then he could create a poll thread where people could vote and select one mod and he selects the other one. That's my understanding anyways.

For the record I'm not interested. Although I wouldn't mind having special powers. I've been watching the first season of Heroes for the last couple days, first time I've seen it.

Hammer.. I've always respected your opinion and your word, but I will say that I fully believe you're one of the lucky few. Empire made it's way out to my neck of the woods for a breif stint, and within a matter of 3 months no one would even go near it. Not to mention reviews around numerous boards were sub-par, to say the least.

Now with that being said, I've never used Empire, so I cannot give any personal feedback.. Just going on what I heard first-hand from a large number of local users that were quite unhappy.

Wow! I am honestly shocked to hear this. Flex, you and I have spoken several times about my buddies and I using strictly Empire, only because it was the most readily available. Never once had a problem with it. I did, however, hear of someone offloading shit-ass Empire gear, but it wasnt from the original dude.

Anyway, this is neither the thread nor the board for that discussion. I guess this DOES prove that perhaps a mod didnt purposely screw you, Bam... maybe he legitimately thought he was pointing you in the right direction...

Oh yeah, Flex... I am still in shock that our friend refused to talk to you on the phone... I am going to e-mail him a pic of you everyday until he promises not to break your legs...

Empire sucks and anyone that ever pimped it has no integrity. Perhaps they have reinvented themselves, but a few years ago you couldn't find a less potent product than that empire garbage. In fact, I feel like creating an effigy of the person behind that lab and setting it ablaze on my front yard, putting it out with a giant stream of red wine induced urine, followed by squatting over its head and taking a huge steamy dump in its wanting mouth.
